1. General
(1) These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all offers and services concerning the Internet platform www.savasturanci.de If the customer indicates the inclusion of his own business or purchasing conditions, this is contradicted.

2. Condition of the contract

7. Warranty
There is a statutory right of defect for goods. The guarantee for defects of the goods for new goods is 24 months according to the statutory regulations.

13. Severability clause
