1. General<\/span><\/p>\n

(1) These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all offers and services concerning the Internet platform www.savasturanci.de If the customer indicates the inclusion of his own business or purchasing conditions, this is contradicted.<\/span><\/p>\n

(2) Individual contractual agreements shall prevail over general terms and conditions.<\/span><\/p>\n

2. Condition of the contract<\/span><\/p>\n

(1) The performance descriptions on our Internet pages www.haarkult-shop.eu do not constitute any offers for the conclusion of a purchase contract. Such an offer will be made only with the online order of the customer via the contact form or on the basis of a telephone order or in writing <\/span>The <\/span>The confirmation of the receipt of the order, which has been sent by us, does not represent acceptance of this offer yet. 5. Distance-related information<\/span><\/p>\n

You can find the instructions about your legal right of revocation as a consumer, exceptions to the right of revocation, the premature termination, the revocation form, the consequences of the revocation, eg return, return costs and value of the goods.<\/span><\/p>\n

(3) Possibility of correction<\/span><\/p>\n

The customer can correct his input at any time during the ordering process by selecting the “Back” button in the browser and then making the appropriate change. <\/span>By closing the web browser, the customer can cancel the entire ordering process at any time. <\/span>In addition, the order overview also offers an additional correction option before the online order is sent, to which the customer is referred.<\/span><\/p>\n

(4) Language<\/span><\/p>\n

The language available for the contract is exclusively German.<\/span><\/p>\n

(5) Code of Conduct<\/span><\/p>\n

We have not subjected ourselves to a special code of conduct (rules).<\/span><\/p>\n

7. Warranty<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

There is a statutory right of defect for goods. <\/span>The guarantee for defects of the goods for new goods is 24 months according to the statutory regulations.<\/span><\/p>\n

For used goods, the warranty period is 12 months. <\/span>The warranty period begins from the time the goods are handed over to the buyer.<\/span><\/p>\n

However, the regular limitation period of 3 years,<\/span><\/p>\n

Beginning with the close of the year in which

\n<\/span>2. the creditor should have knowledge of the circumstances giving rise to the claim and the person of the debtor or should have obtained it without gross negligence,<\/span><\/p>\n

If liability for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health is due to negligent or willful breach of duty or deliberate or negligent breach of duty by one of my vicarious agents, or<\/span><\/p>\n

If liability for other damages is caused by an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty or deliberate or grossly negligent breach of duty by one of my vicarious agents, or<\/span><\/p>\n

– when it comes to the liability for fraudulently concealed defects, claims from guarantee promise or liability according to mandatory legal regulations, eg according to the Product Liability Act.<\/span><\/p>\n

The two-year limitation period for recourse claims pursuant to \u00a7\u00a7 478, 479 BGB shall remain unaffected.<\/span><\/p>\n

The warranty does not cover normal wear or normal wear and tear.<\/span><\/p>\n

8. Reservation of title<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

(1) We retain ownership of the delivered item until all payments under the purchase contract have been received.<\/span> If the buyer does not fulfill his contractual obligations, in particular in the event of a delay in payment, we are entitled to demand the delivered item;<\/span> In this case the buyer is obliged to return the item.<\/span><\/p>\n

(2) The buyer is obligated to notify us without delay in the case of seizures with regard to the object of purchase or other relevant access or attempts at access by third parties with regard to the object of purchase so that we can exercise our rights under the proprietary reservation.<\/span><\/p>\n

9. Information on the Battery Act (BattG)<\/span><\/p>\n

If the offer includes batteries or batteries, you are legally obliged to dispose of used batteries or rechargeable batteries separately. Please dispose of these at a local collection point or at your local store. You can return batteries and accumulators which you have received from us free of charge. Batteries or accumulators containing pollutants are marked with the symbol of a crossed-out refuse bin and the chemical symbol of the respective pollutant (for example “Cd” for cadmium, “Pb” for lead, “Hg” for mercury). You will also find these notes in the accompanying papers of the Warensendung.<\/p>\n

10. Transportation damage<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

(1) If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such faults immediately to the deliverer and please contact us as soon as possible.<\/span><\/p>\n

(2) Failure to comply with a complaint or contact has no consequences for your statutory warranty claims.<\/span> However, they help us to assert our own claims against the freight carrier or the transport insurer.<\/p>\n

11. Privacy Policy<\/span><\/p>\n

(1) All personal data collected and stored by us are used exclusively for the purposes of contract processing. The customer’s first and last name, the associated invoice and delivery address as well as a telephone number and email address, if any, are stored. The collected data will not be passed on to other third parties, except legally necessary measures (eg collection office, lawyer, credit bureaus) and measures of the transport of goods, including dispatch.<\/p>\n

(2) The customer is always entitled to free information, correction, blocking and deletion of his stored data.<\/span><\/p>\n

12. Copyright notice<\/span><\/p>\n

The photos posted on our website and the texts we have created are protected by copyright. The unauthorized copying and publishing of this (also only as an exception) \u00a7 97 UrhG is prosecuted under criminal law and civil law.<\/p>\n

13. Severability clause<\/p>\n

Should individual provisions of the contract with the customer including these terms be invalid or ineffective in whole or in part, or if the agreements contain a gap, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.<\/span><\/p>\n
